The Circle of Cottonwoods: Teec Nos Pos Weavings

Kennedy's Southwest Native American Collection includes nearly 700 textiles - predominantly of Navajo origin - and encompasses all major historical time periods and styles of Navajo weaving. The Navajo art of weaving is a tradition that has evolved over time and continues to be a rich source of cultural identity, as well as a source of economic revenue. The exhibition will run though July 25th.
